Based on the novel of the same name by Llanos Campos Martínez, originally published in May 2014, the film is directed by Adrià García, the filmmaker behind the acclaimed ‘Nocturna’, which was nominated at the Annecy Festival and won the Goya Award for Best Animated Feature in 2008.
